ORDER: Plaintiff filed the complaint and the proposed summonses in this action on January 15, 2024. ECF Nos. #1 , #2 . On January 16, the Clerk of Court notified plaintiff that the summonses were not issued due to deficiencies. Plaintiff filed amended proposed summonses on that same day, ECF No. #5 , and the Court issued the summonses on January 23, 2024. ECF No. #7 . On January 19four days before the amended summonses were issuedplaintiff filed proof of service on defendants. ECF No. #6 . However, as the amended summonses were not issued until after the service was made on defendants, plaintiff's affidavits do not demonstrate proper service on defendants.
