ORDER: Pursuant to the Order entered on January 30, 2024, Plaintiff was directed to file a letter by February 5, 2024 identifying all members of the LLC entity and the citizenship of each member, so that the Court can determine whether there is complete diversity of citizenship and it has federal jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332. Plaintiff has failed to comply with this Court Order and is directed to file the outstanding letter no later than February 26, 2024.Counsel for defendants is directed to send a copy of this Order to Plaintiff's counsel and file proof of service by February 15, 2024.
