ORDER: Defendant's motion #8 for a pre-motion conference is DENIED. The parties shall brief Defendant's motion to dismiss in accordance with this Court's Individual Rules and Practices. Defendant shall serve Plaintiff with its motion to dismiss on or before March 15, 2024. Plaintiff shall serve Defendant with her opposition brief on or before April 15, 2024.
