NOTICE OF IMPENDING DISMISSAL FOR FAILURE TO PROSECUTE --- The complaint in this case was filed on February 8, 2024, and, to date, Plaintiff has not taken any action to prosecute this case other than filing proof of service on Defendant who has not appeared.
