April 2, 2024 Opinion or Order ORDER: The motion for extension of time to file answer #10 is granted, on consent. Defendant Southwest Marine and General Insurance Company shall file an answer or otherwise respond to the complaint by 5/6/2024. The parties are reminded that this case has been assigned to a Magistrate Judge pursuant to the Court's Direct Assignment Pilot Program, which is governed by Administrative Order 2023-23.
