ORDER: The parties' joint motion #8 for an extension of time to file the administrative record and all future filings is GRANTED. Defendant shall file the administrative record, which will constitute Defendant's answer, no later than June 26, 2024. Plaintiff shall file a motion for judgment on the pleadings no later than September 20, 2024. Defendant shall file its response to Plaintiff's motion, which must contain a full recitation of the relevant facts and underlying administrative proceedings, no later than December 20, 2024.
