ORDER: Plaintiff has filed a motion #9 asking the Court to so-order subpoenas directed to the NYPD. The motion #9 is denied without prejudice to renewal. Plaintiff should serve the subpoena on the NYPD, and then provide some indication to the Court--via a declaration from a process server, for example--that absent a so-ordered subpoena, the NYPD will not comply with what is otherwise a self-executing subpoena which does not require Court endorsement.
