ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. Plaintiff has indicated that he will voluntarily dismiss his federal claims, which he has a right to do under Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i), and to which defendant has not yet interposed an objection. Defendant is ordered to show cause, by filing a letter on the docket, on or before the close of business on May 3, 2024, why plaintiffs federal claims should not be ordered voluntarily dismissed and why the Court should not decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over any of plaintiffs remaining claims.
