STATUS REPORT ORDER: In addition to the Complaint purporting that Plaintiff Joan Grant is represented by counsel (Dkt. No. 1), the Court is also in receipt of a #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. It is now unclear whether Plaintiff is proceeding pro se or with the assistance of counsel. By March 14, 2024, counsel for Plaintiff is directed to submit a letter to this Court clarifying whether counsel will assume Plaintiff's representations in this proceeding and, if so, whether it intends to withdraw the pending application at Docket No. 2.
