March 6, 2024 ORDER: Defendants removed this case from Queens County Supreme Court, invoking this Court's diversity jurisdiction. ECF No. #1 . Any party seeking a trial by jury shall file a jury demand by March 20, 2024. Fed. R. Civ. P. 81(c)(3)(A). The Court shall hold the initial conference on March 27 at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 11A South of the United States Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York.
