ORDER: On 3/29/2024, Plaintiffs filed a complaint #1 . On 5/9/2024, Plaintiffs filed proof of service indicating that summons for Defendant was served via the Secretary of State on 4/23/2024, rendering Defendant's answer due 5/14/2024. To date, Defendant has not answered or otherwise appeared. On May 16, 2024, Defendants requested that the Clerk of Court issue a certificate of default. In the absence of an appearance by Defendant by 6/7/2024, Plaintiff's counsel is directed to initiate default motion practice or provide an update regarding the status of this case and anticipated next steps by 6/14/2024.
