On or before 7/5/2024, Plaintiff shall file a reply, if any, with proof of service to the Clerk of Court. Upon review of Plaintiffs application to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a), the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiff in forma pauperis status for the purpose of this action.
