April 25, 2024 Opinion or Order ORDER. As discussed at the 4/25/2024 initial conference, the stipulation at ECF No. #1 -2 is so-ordered. The Clerk of Court is directed to update the caption accordingly.Any joinder and/or amendments of the pleadings must be made by 5/30/2024. Plaintiff must serve a settlement demand by 5/30/2024, and Defendants must respond by 6/30/2024. The parties must serve Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures by 6/30/2024. The parties must serve initial document requests and interrogatories by 7/17/2024. The parties must file a joint status letter by 9/30/2024, informing the Court of completed discovery items, outstanding discovery items, and any discovery disputes. The parties must complete fact discovery by 10/31/2024. If the parties perform expert discovery, they must serve initial expert disclosures by 10/31/2024, initial expert reports by 12/31/2024, and rebuttal expert reports by 1/31/2025. All discovery, including expert depositions, must be completed by 2/28/2025, and, by that same date, the parties must file a joint letter certifying the close of all discovery. Any party commencing dispositive motion practice must do so by 4/11/2025 in accordance with the Individual Rules of the District Judge. If the parties do not commence dispositive motion practice, they must file a proposed joint pretrial order by 5/16/2025 in accordance with the Individual Rules of the District Judge.
