ORDER: Defendants seek an extension of time to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Amended Complaint. See ECF No. #15 . The motion is GRANTED. Defendants are directed to file an answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Amended Complaint on or before August 5, 2024. If Defendants intend to move to dismiss the Amended Complaint, then Defendants shall file by that date a pre-motion letter summarizing the basis for their motion to dismiss, as required by Section IV.A of the Court's Individual Practices.
