ORDER: A review of the docket reveals that, to date, multiple attorneys for Plaintiff have authored documents and filed documents on ECF, yet only one attorney of record is listed. See, e.g., ECF No. 1, "Notice of Appeal" (authored by attorney Jerard Gonzalez, filed by attorney Franklin Soto); ECF No. 2, Complaint (same). Counsel are reminded that each attorney must use their own ECF credentials to file documents on the docket, and an attorney may not use the ECF credentials of another attorney to so file. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 5(d)(3)(C). Further, only attorneys admitted to practice in this district may appear in this action. Accordingly, by 08/09/2024, if attorneys Soto and Gonzalez intend to appear in this action, they each shall file separate notices of appearance using their respective ECF credentials and using the applicable forms for this district.
