ORDER: The parties request that the action be assigned to District Judge Carol Bagley Amon who is "handling a related matter." See Soybel, et al. v. City of New York, et al., 21-CV-1846; see also Rules for the Division of Business of the Eastern District of New York, Rule 3(a). The request is denied. As defendants anticipate filing a motion to dismiss, ECF No. #11 , the Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to assign this case to a district judge. Defendant City of New York, with plaintiff's consent, also requests an extension of time to respond to the complaint. ECF No. #11 . The request for an extension of time is granted.
