ORDER granting #15 Pre Motion letter. The court has reviewed the parties' pre-motion letters concerning defendants motion to dismiss and determined that a pre-motion conference is not necessary. The court grants defendant permission to bring the proposed motion. The court directs that defendants motion shall be briefed as follows: defendants motion and supporting papers shall be served no later than December 20, 2024; plaintiffs opposition papers shall be served no later than January 17, 2025; defendants reply papers, if any, shall be served no later than February 7, 2025.
