ORDER deferring decision on #13 MOTION TO APPEAR Pro Hac Vice: A motion to appear pro hac vice must be accompanied by a certificate of the court for each of the states in which the applicant is a member of the bar, which has been issued within thirty (30) days of filing and states that the applicant is a member in good standing of the bar of that state court[.]" Local Civ. R. 1.3(c). In this application, the applicant did not affix any certificates of good standing from the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Id. Accordingly, by 12/22/2024, counsel shall review the applicable Local Civil Rule and shall resubmit the application with an updated affidavit and new certificates of good standing from the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
