October 15, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 73 ORDER denying 39 Motion for Summary Judgment; granting in part and denying in part 49 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth in the attached Order, defendants' motion for summary judgment is denied. Plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment against Hampton Bays and Inter-County is granted in part and denied in part. Defendants are reminded once again that they must retain counsel in order to proceed in this action, and they must do so within thirty days of this Order. Ordered by Judge Denis R.
