IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, for the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, plaintiff's Section 1986 claims are dismissed with prejudice, on timeliness grounds, and his remaining claims are dismissed without prejudice, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8. Plaintiff is granted 60 days leave to refile a complaint that satisfies the pleading requirements of Rule 8, or the dismissal of the remaining claims will be deemed to be with prejudice.
