Filing 104 ORDER granting 77 Motion for Summary Judgment; granting 80 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, defendants' motions for summary judgment on plaintiff's federal Truth in Lending Ac t claims are granted. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over plaintiff's remaining state law claims and those claims are dismissed without prejudice. Defendants' cross-claims are dismissed as moot. For the reasons set forth in the attached order, the court will give Weatherstone one last opportunity to comply and/or to show cause why a recommendation of contempt shou ld not be made.
