Lehman v. Fox Cable Networks Inc. et al Featured Case

Plaintiff Martin A. Lehman, an orthopedic surgeon, was acquitted of insurance fraud. He sued Fox Cable Network Inc. for broadcasting a show called "Busted on the Job II" in which Fox portrayed him as a "bogus doctor" and grouped him with publicly known individuals convicted of criminal acts.
