MEMORANDUM AND OPINION. Defendants' motion to dismiss Count Four of the Amended Complaint is GRANTED. Plaintiffs are given leave to replead the negligence per se claim. Any such amended pleading shall be filed no later than June 21, 2010. Cou nsel for the parties are directed to participate in a telephone conference with the Court on June 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Plaintiffs' counsel is requested to initiate the call to Chambers.
