Filing 33 ORDER granting 25 Motion to Dismiss. Defendant JetBlue's motion to dismiss the Amended Complaint is granted on all claims. The Court takes notice that the Port Authority and the Port Authority Police defendants remain parties to this action. Plaintiff is directed to show cause within 30 days of this Order why the Court should not dismiss this action for failure to prosecute pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
