IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, for the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, defendants' motions to dismiss plaintiffs' § 1983 claims are granted, a nd those claims are dismissed with prejudice. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over any pendent state law claims asserted by plaintiffs, and, thus, such claims are dismissed without prejudice.
