Filing 83 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court grants defendants' motion for summary judgment with respect to all of plaintiff's claims, except for plaintiffs FLSA claim for unpaid wages and plaintiff's retaliation claim with respect to defendants' failure to re-hire her in violation of Title VII and the NYSHRL.
