Filing 30 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER - It is hereby ORDERED that the Defendants 25 motion for summary judgment with regard to the Plaintiffs Title VII claims of hostile work environment and constructive discharge is denied; and it is further ORDERED th at the Defendants 25 motion for summary judgment with regard to the Plaintiffs Title VII retaliation claim is granted; and it is further ORDERED that the parties are directed to appear before the Court on November 14, 2011 at 9:00 am for a pre-trial conference in Court Room 1020.
