August 30, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 130 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER - Upon review of the parties submissions, the Court has determined that a Daubert hearing is necessary with respect to the admissibility of the Plaintiffs damages experts. Accordingly, the Plaintiff is directed to pro duce Mr. Robert Rochlin and Ms. Lisa Chait for Daubert hearings to be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at 9:30am. Jury selection will still be held on Tuesday September 4, 2012. However, to accommodate the Daubert hearings, the trial will commence on Thursday, September 6, 2012. Ordered by Judge Arthur D.
