Filing 166 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS; granting 135 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction; granting 142 Motion to Dismiss; granting 148 Motion to Dismiss; adopting 161 Report and Recommendations. Having conducted a de novo review of all portions of the R&R to which plaintiffs specifically object, and having reviewed the remainder of the R&R for clear error, the Court adopts the R&R in its entirety, except that the Court narrows the language of the litigation injunction. Acco rdingly, for the reasons set forth in the R&R and this Memorandum and Order, all defendants' motions to dismiss are granted, and the complaint is dismissed. To the extent plaintiffs are attempting to raise any new state law claims, the Court dec lines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over any state law claims. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Court hereby enjoins Rosaria Niles and Salvatore A. Bono from instituting, without prior permission of the Court, any new action in the United Stat es District Court for the Eastern District of New York that is based on, or relates in any way to, events concerning the estates of Laura Niles and Henry E. Niles, or that is based on, or relates in any way to, the foreclosure proceedings on the mort gage held on the residence at 223 Lakeview Avenue West in Brightwaters, New York. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly and close the case. A copy of this Order has been mailed to pro se plaintiffs. SO ORDERED. Ordered by Judge Joseph F. Bianco on 3/21/2012.
