Filing 76 ORDER granting 66 Motion for Summary Judgment. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, for the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted. Each defendant performed reasonable and adequate sea rches in full compliance with the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), and, where a defendant withheld a document pursuant to a FOIA exemption, it did so properly.
