February 25, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 31 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Having concluded that Plaintiff's Jones Act claim against the County fails as a matter of law and that general admiralty jurisdiction is improper, this Court dismisses with prejudice Plaintiff's claims against the Coun ty and declines to exercise pendent jurisdiction over Plaintiff's surviving state law claim against the Town. Plaintiff's claim against the Town is dismissed without prejudice. Ordered by Judge William F. Kuntz, II on 2/25/2013. (Brucella, Michelle)
