ORDER granting 23 Motion for Summary Judgment. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, for the reasons set forth in the attached memorandum and order, the Court grants defendants' motion for summary judgment, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56, and the complaint is dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction.
