Plaintiff is reminded that his opposition to the Defendant's motion to dismiss the Complaint is due on July 22, 2010 pursuant to the Court's June 3, 2010 Order. Plaintiff is cautioned that Defendant's motion will be deemed fully submitted on July 22, 2010 and may be granted as unopposed in the absence of opposition papers from the Plaintiff.
