ORDER denying as moot 8 Motion to Dismiss; denying as moot 9 Motion to Dismiss; granting 10 Motion to Remand. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, the Court grants plaintiffs' motion to remand this case to state court. Defendants' motions are denied as moot.
