MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER - It is hereby: ORDERED, that the Plaintiffs motion for summary judgment that the Defendants breached the Employment Agreement by terminating her employment without good cause and/or due to a change in control of the company is denied, without prejudice, and it is further ORDERED, that the Plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on the grounds that the Defendants breached the Employment Agreement by failing to pay her salary owed between July 29, 2009 and November 15, 2009 is granted, and it is further ORDERED, that the Plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on the ground that the Defendants breached the Consulting Agreement by failing to pay the Plaintiff the $20,000 owed under the Consulting Agreement is granted, and it is further ORDERED, that the parties are directed to appear before the Court on September 11, 2012, at 9:00am to set a date for trial.
