For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court finds that the petitioner has demonstrated no basis for habeas relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. All of petitioner's cl aims are plainly without merit. Therefore, the petition for a writ of habeas corpus is denied. Because petitioner has failed to make a substantial showing of a denial of a constitutional right, no certificate of appealability shall issue. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly and close this case. SO ORDERED. The Court has mailed copy of the Memorandum and Order to the petitioner. Ordered by Judge Joseph F.
