Filing 103 ORDER granting 98 Motion for Summary Judgment; denying 99 Motion for Summary Judgment: For the reasons discussed herein, Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is granted, and Defendants' motion is denied. JRC is entitled to compens ation in the amount of $245,787 in unpaid tuition charges for RP from December 5, 2008, to December 15, 2009, as well as reasonable attorneys fees and costs relating to the Article 81 proceeding. By April 9, 2015, Plaintiff will file an accoun ting of the attorneys' fees and costs it seeks to recover in connection with the Article 81 proceeding.
