ORDER granting 26 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court grants defendants' motion for summary judgment in its entirety with respect to the federal clai ms. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims, and dismisses the state law claims without prejudice.
