MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting 52 Motion for Summary Judgment; The County Defendants motion for summary judgment (Docket Entry 52) is GRANTED and Plaintiff's claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. To the extent the County Defendants' cross -claims against Gersbeck relate to the claims dismissed herein, their cross-claims are also DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Additionally, Plaintiff's claim against Gersbeck is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly and mark this case CLOSED.
