For the reasons set forth below, the motion is granted it is hereby. ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court is directed to enter a judgment in favor of the United States in the principal amount of $103,414.38, plus interest in the amount of $34,076.19, plus costs of $390, for a total sum of $137,490.57, and it is further ORDERED, that post-judgment interest shall acc rue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961, and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this order as well as the Judgment on the Defendant at the above listed address by certified mail, return receipt requested, and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case.
