MEMORANDUM AND OPINION: As set forth in the attached, the Court finds that LoJack is entitled to recover a total of $1,861,842.88 in damages for GLM's breach of contract. This damages award reflects an outstanding unpaid balance of $992,662.00, plus $869,180.88 in interest. The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to enter judgment and close this case. ORDER granting in part and denying in part 73 Motion for Damages: For the reasons set forth in the attached, the Court finds that LoJack is entitled to recover $996,192.00 for GLM's breach of contract, plus interest at the contractual ra te of 1.5% per month accruing 90 days after the date of invoice. LoJack shall submit its proposed damages calculations as detailed in the attached by July 29, 2015. GLM may submit any response to LoJack's damages calculation by August 5, 2015. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER denying as moot 14 Motion to Dismiss; granting in part and denying in part 17 Motion to Amend/Correct/Supplement; granting in part and denying in part 18 Motion to Amend/Correct/Supplement. For the foregoing reasons, Pla intiff's motion for leave to file an Amended Complaint is GRANTED AND PART AND DENIED IN PART. Within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall file its Amended Complaint, which may assert the breach of contract and breac h of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing claims that were part of its Proposed Amended Complaint. In addition, the Amended Complaint may re-plead Plaintiff's tortious interference with business relations and Robinson-Patman Act claims. L eave to amend Plaintiff's misrepresentation, New York Franchise Sales Act, Massachusetts General Law Chapter 93A claims and breach of fiduciary duty claims is denied as futile.
