MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER - It is hereby ORDERED that the class proposed by the Plaintiffs to proceed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 216(b) is conditionally certified; and it is further ORDERED that the parties submit a revised Notice of Pendency withi n ten (10) days of the issuance of this Order; and it is further ORDERED that the Defendants shall produce to the Plaintiffs a list of the names and physical address of the putative class members who were employed by the Defendants from November 4, 2007 to the present within twenty (20) days of the issuance of this Order.
