ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. The clerk of the court shall forward to the US Marshal for EDNY copies of plaintiffs summons, complaint on 10-cv-5816 and this order for service upon the defts without prepayment of f ees. The clerk of the court shall consolidate 08-cv-3088 and 10-cv-5816 under the first case filed, docket number 08-cv-3088. The clerk shall close the case with docket number 10-cv-5816 and direct any further filings on that case to cv-08-3088. Th e additional claims plaintiff asserts against defts Allison Katrivanos, Sharon Weber, and the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk are dismissed sua sponte with prejudice for the reasons set forth in the order, dtd. 10/7/08.
