For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court grants plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and a wards plaintiff $44,400.61, plus $379 in costs. Pre-judgment interest shall continue to accrue at the rate of $5.78 per day from September 10, 2010 until the date judgment is entered. Plaintiff is also entitled to post-judgment interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly and close the case. SO ORDERED. Ordered by Judge Joseph F.
