Plaintiff's motion to strike defendant's affirmative defe nses pursuant to Rule 12(f) is denied. The Court hereby waives its pre-motion confer ence requirement and sets the following briefing schedule on plaintiff's motion for summary judgment: Plaintiff shall serve (but not file) moving papers on or before September 10, 2012; Defendant shall serve (but not file) opposition papers on o r before October 11, 2012; plaintiff shall serve reply papers, if any, and file all papers with the Court, including a courtesy copy to Chambers on or before October 26, 2012.
