ORDER granting 13 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction; denying 18 Motion for Pre Motion Conference; granting 19 Motion to Dismiss; denying 29 Motion for Hearing. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, IT I S HEREBY ORDERED that the moving defendants' motions to dismiss are granted and the Court sua sponte dismisses plaintiff's claims against OCI. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's motions for default/inquest to calculate damages against OCI are denied as moot. SO ORDERED. Ordered by Judge Joseph F. Bianco on 1/12/2012. (O'Neil, Jacquelyn)
