Filing 66 ORDER granting 49 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court grants defendants motion for summary judgment in its entirety with respect to the federal claims. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claim and, thus, dismisses such claim without prejudice.
