Filing 23 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the reasons stated herein, the Court grants the defendant's motion to dismiss the plaintiffs' claim for copyright infringement. Having dismissed the only claim over which this Court would have original jurisdictio n, the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the plaintiffs' remaining state law claims.
