Filing 26 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 11 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; For the reasons set forth herein, the motion to dismiss is granted in part and denied in part. All claims of age discrimination and all c laims against Defendant Rabinowitz are dismissed. AnyTitle IX claim against Defendant Singer is dismissed. The court denies the motion to dismiss Title IX claim against Hofstra and the state law individual liability claim against Defendant Singer. If they have not already done so, the parties are directed to contact the assigned Magistrate Judge for the purpose of entering into an appropriate discovery schedule with respect to the claims that remain in this action.
