SO ORDERED that the branches of defts' motion seeking dismissal of plaintiff's Section 1983 and 1985 causes of action pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure are gra nted; plaintiff's cross motion for leave to amend the complaint is denied; plaintiffs Section 1983 and 1985 claims are dismissed in their entirety with prejudice for failure to state a claim for relief; and plaintiff's state law claims are dismissed in their entirety without prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
